Our Members will have access to the Training Chat Rooms and Forums.
Members may need to register separately for each of these services.
(both are free of charge)
Only registered members will be able to view or post messages in the forums
along with being able to participate in the chat room discussions and training sessions.

Privacy and Security
During registration you are required to supply a user name, password, and email address. This information is for registration purposes only and will NOT be shared or sold. You have the option to set your preferences on what you wish to be public information when responding the acceptance of membership email that will be sent to you.

We strive to keep this a friendly place for members to discuss ideas on how to improve their Websites and build their business. All Users must abide by the following criteria in regards to Content and Activity.

CONTENT / ACTIVITY PROHIBITED
As a user you agree NOT to post anything that fits the following criteria in the chat rooms, forums, emails, or make available anywhere on our Web Site:

* Advertising and spamming are strictly prohibited in the chat and forum areas.
These are not the places to be discussing your business or products.
(Although Useful and Informative links are fine.)

* Obscene, lewd, excessively violent, illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, pornographic, libelous, sexually explicit or any otherwise objectionable subject matter or invasive of another's privacy, or harms minors in any way;

* Discriminatory on the basis religion, gender, sexual orientation, race, ethnicity, age, or disability toward an individual or group of individuals.

* Impersonates any person or entity, including, but not limited to, an All Star Associates employee, or falsely states or otherwise misrepresents your affiliation with a person or entity.

* Includes personal information about another person without that person's explicit written consent.

* False, deceptive, misleading, deceitful, miss-informative.

* Infringes any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright or other proprietary rights of any party, or content that you
do not have a right to make available under any law or under contractual relationships.

* Constitutes or contains any form of advertising or solicitation if posted in areas of All Star Associates.com which are
not designated for such purposes; or emailed to All Star Associates members who have requested not to be contacted
about other services, products or commercial interests.

* That advertises any illegal services or the sale of any items the sale of which is prohibited or restricted by applicable law, including without limitation items the sale of which is prohibited or regulated by United States law.

* That contains software viruses or any other computer code, files or programs designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware or telecommunications equipment

* That disrupts the normal flow of dialog with an excessive number of messages (flooding attack) to our service, or that otherwise negatively affects other users' ability to use our service

* That employs misleading email addresses, or forged headers or otherwise manipulated identifiers in order to disguise the origin of content transmitted through our service.

In addition, you the user also agrees NOT to:
* Contact anyone who has asked not to be contacted
* Engage in harassing or stalking behavior or activities
* Collect personal data about other users for commercial or unlawful purposes
* Use automated means, including spiders, robots, crawlers, data mining tools, or the like to download data from our
service - exception is made for internet search engines (e.g. Google, Yahoo)
* Attempt to gain unauthorized access to All Star Associates.com computer systems or engage in any activity that
disrupts, diminishes the quality of, interferes with the performance of, or impairs the functionality of, our service
or All Star Associates Website.

NOTE to members:
Despite this warning provided by All Star Associates.com in the user agreement, you may find that some Members might
still post inaccurate, inappropriate, offensive or sexually explicit material, products or services. These actions are the sole responsibility of the person from whom such content originated from and All Star Associates.com assumes no responsibility or liability for this material.

We will monitor the site and profiles on a regular basis. Although, if you become aware of any misuse of the All Star Associates.com Policies or Services by any person, contact Abuse at All Star Associates.com.
